The Ordering Process:
1. Contact us
Call, text or email us your questions about specific items that we offer. If you would like to know more about what we do, we would love to hear from you to help guide you through our ordering process. A team member will discuss items, options and the entire process to you. We are a custom company who can cater to your ideas and dreams that we can make come to life.
2. The Idea/Design Phase
After open communication and narrowing down your item(s) along with your wants and needs, we will start to layout your custom designs on your item(s). We will go over ALL details pertaining to your order during this phase. All customers will need to send us the correct information spelled correctly that will be going on our items for a visual proof.
3. The Creating/Printing Phase
Once our client has approved the idea/design of the order, we will then start process of the creating/printing phase of your item(s). If a deadline needs to be met, please let us know before we start this phase. We will do our best to make it a point to meet your deadline. There will be an extra charge for rush orders outside of our control. For mirror and glass etchings, the client has two options. Option 1, is to deliver us the actual item to be etched on. Option 2, is to purchase a mirror through us which will be an added charge to the order. Before a mirror is purchased we would need more details regarding the size and frame color of your piece before moving forward.
4. The Pick-up/Delivery Phase
Once your order is finished and complete, we want to make sure that your item(s) get into your hands safely and promptly. Whatever method we discussed, purchased and agreed on, we will make sure it works out. We prefer pick-ups at no extra charge but offer, meet-ups and delivery with a charge.
